Refund policy


• The product must be returned in its original unopened condition, with seals unbroken.

• Please ensure that the original packaging remains intact, free from any damage or signs of tampering. 

• Product should be in the same condition as when it was received. 

• Include a copy of the original purchase receipt to facilitate the return process.

• Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if the product does not meet these packaging requirements.

This helps maintaining the quality and safety of our products for all our customers. 

Our returns and exchange policy is 30 days however We are only able to refund/exchange for faulty or damaged goods, of which, proof is required. This can include photos. 

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

We reserve the right to reject a request for a refund/exchange if it does not comply with our refund policy.

If your refund is approved, the full order amount will be refunded and processed to your payment card within 30 days of the item received, however, we regret that we cannot cover the cost of your return postage for approved refunds or exchanges.
